Just Breathe

Be Glad For Life, Because it Gives You the Chance to Love and to Work and to Look Up At the Stars. - Henry van Dyke.
In life, many of us go through them autopilot, wake up, go to work, eat and go to bed, we're always so busy, rushing from meeting to meeting, checking emails, answering phone calls... it's almost a badge of honour to say that we work all week, we've 45 vacation days yet to be taken, we're oh-so-important that we couldn't possibly take time off. Even when we finally get a break from the daily schedule, we couldn't keep our hands out of technology, always still on-line, ready to chat or even hogging on what your friends are up to. And out of those actually not-so-important-fully-pack-schedule, we may have forgotten what we once love.

So, have you ever stop for a moment out of your busy schedule to stare up to the sky? Just stare at the blue sky and watch the clouds float or count the number of planes that pass by. Did you realize how many things simple little things that's happening around us that we missed; like the changing of the sky, the sunrise, sunset or the rain pouring from above. Even if you can't take a moment out of your busy schedule, at least take a moment to look up the sky before you begin on your chaotic life and the very moment before you crawl back in bed. Slowly, you'll realize that we're just chasing an endless cycle of work. Now, take a moment to look into the sky and just breathe.

Here's to Thursday! Hang in there, we're almost by the weekend. And don't forget to be awesome!
