Are you familiar with the signs above? Cause I sure am. So, if you've ever been through a time in your life in which you were constantly stressed out, you probably felt less and less like yourself each day, and more like a worn out shell of a human; you are pretty much stressed-out!

Let's begin, I've been having the trouble of getting out of bed everyday, despite of a full night rest. But stress is an energy-drainer, it secretly sends all of your body systems into overdrive. Since your body feels like it's working overtime, even getting a good night sleep is not enough to recharge it for the following day. Than again, despite of being incredibly tired at all time, it's still difficult to fall asleep. And obviously, if sleeping is something you can't do, sickness will follow shortly after insomnia. Since the brain is exhausted too, you'll have a hard to to recover even from the smallest cold.

Goshh! and this, with major work and life responsibilities looming over your head, it's hard to keep track of all the little things. And each day, you just feel like your life is breaking down. So, a shoulder rub feels good after a long day of work, because this body has been tense for the past 8 hours dealing with all the garbage you've had to deal with. You might also be frustrated about yourself, since your sex drive is likely to decrease, therefore when the opportunity arises, you'll find yourself not being able to focus or not being in the mood at all.

And like I say, everything you do feels like you're gonna breakdown. Your body is so stressed out from exhaustion that even the slightest thing set you off. When you're an adult and your stress causes you to flip someone off for bumping into you on the subway, it's not so funny any more. Worse of all you don't want to get into the part where you're in constipation and suddenly your life tends to become fragile. You've to keep reminding yourself to take deep breaths cause sometimes your world just tends to come in two or three figure from your dizziness.

Lastly, after a long hard day of work, you just want to grab a bottle of beer or liquor just to be in a relax stage. And you sometimes feel like you would sleep better if you take a lil alcohol, however it usually ends up with higher level of stress.
